Training sessions are spontaneously designed to meet client’s goals.  This approach keeps the body in guess-mode, which leads to better results.  The mind and body never have time to adapt.  A variety of methods are used including: body weight., resistance bands, TRX straps, weights/cables, medicine balls, ropes, etc.  It is always different.
